Sony VAIO VGN-NW240F/P 15.5-Inch Pink Laptop Review from David Buono. Horrible Customer Service, I would never buy another Sony product. The computer doesn’t recognize that there is a battery and will not recharge the battery. Sony’s customer service will not even send me a new battery instead they have me spend hours trouble shooting with no results. They did the same thing with a camera that I purchased. There are better companies out there trust me.
